SEO Associate ( 5 Years )

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SEO professional with 5+ years of hands-on experience in traditional SEO as well as emerging areas such as AI SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and AI-driven content optimization.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of organic search, technical SEO, content strategy, analytics, and the evolving AI search ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies covering On-Page, Off-Page and Technical SEO.
• Drive AI SEO, GEO and AEO initiatives to improve visibility across search engines and AI-powered platforms.
• Optimize websites and content for Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and other AI search experiences.
• Conduct advanced keyword research, competitor analysis and search-intent analysis.
• Develop strategies around E-E-A-T and topical authority.
• Perform technical SEO audits covering crawling, indexing, site architecture, internal linking, canonicalization, schema markup and Core Web Vitals.
• Manage and analyze SEO performance using GA4, Google Search Console and other SEO tools.
• Track organic traffic, rankings, conversions and other key SEO KPIs.
• Develop and execute content optimization and SEO content strategies.
• Plan and manage link-building, backlink analysis and digital PR initiatives.
• Work closely with Content, Product, Development and Marketing teams to implement SEO recommendations.
• Identify growth opportunities through competitor and SERP analysis.
• Monitor Google algorithm updates, AI search developments and emerging SEO trends.
• Prepare regular SEO reports, insights and actionable recommendations.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with SaaS / B2B websites is preferred.
• Proven experience handling SEO strategies independently.
• Strong understanding of AI-driven search, Generative Search and the changing search landscape.
• Ability to analyze data and convert insights into actionable SEO strategies.
