Role Description
We are hiring a full-time Assistant Project Manager (SEO) to oversee and coordinate SEO projects.
The ideal candidate will support the Project Manager in planning and executing SEO strategies while leading a team of SEO Executives and Content Writers to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
This role involves managing project timelines, optimizing workflows, tracking performance, and maintaining effective client communication.
You will act as the bridge between manager and the SEO team to ensure all deliverables align with project objectives and performance goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of SEO campaigns (On-Page, Off-Page, Technical).
- Manage and guide a team of SEO Executives and Content Writers.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of all project activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, design, and development.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and performance trackers.
- Support in client communication, progress reporting, and review meetings.
- Analyze campaign results and share improvement insights with the team.
- Ensure SEO best practices are followed across all projects.
Qualifications
- 14 years of experience in SEO project coordination or digital marketing team management.
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals (On-Page, Off-Page, Technical, Local).
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, SE Ranking , Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and project management tools.
- Proven experience in team handling, task delegation, and performance tracking.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and multitasking skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
