Job Summary
As an SEO, Automation AIO Manager, you will be responsible for driving organic growth through advanced SEO strategies, building and managing marketing automation systems, and implementing AI-powered optimization workflows. The role requires hands-on expertise in HubSpot CRM, Meta CAPI integrations, workflow automation, and WordPress development, working closely with marketing, content, and tech teams to scale performance efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Optimization:
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
- Perform regular website audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues.
- Optimize content including meta tags, schema, backlinks, internal linking, and page structure.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools such as Semrush.
- Develop and execute scalable link-building strategies.
- Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and SEO best practices.
CRM, Automation Workflow Management
- Own and manage HubSpot CRM for lead management, lifecycle stages, pipelines, and data hygiene.
- Create, optimize, and maintain all required HubSpot workflows including lead routing, nurturing, scoring, email automation, and internal notifications.
- Implement and manage Meta Conversion API (CAPI) integrations for accurate server-side tracking and improved attribution.
- Build and automate workflows using tools like Zapier, Interakt, HubSpot, and related platforms.
- Set up and manage automated WhatsApp and email marketing campaigns.
- Continuously audit and optimize automation flows for efficiency and scalability.
WordPress Website Optimization
- Hands-on WordPress development experience including page optimization, SEO implementation, plugin management, and performance improvements.
- Collaborate with developers to automate SEO fixes, tracking setups, and website performance enhancements.
- Ensure website speed, Core Web Vitals, and technical health are maintained.
AIO (AI Optimization)
- Leverage AI-driven tools and workflows for SEO research, content optimization, reporting, and performance analysis.
- Use AI to improve automation efficiency, data insights, and decision-making.
Performance Analysis Reporting
- Track SEO, CRM, and automation performance metrics and generate actionable reports.
- Analyse workflow performance and identify opportunities for optimization and scale.
Qualifications Skills
- 2 - 3 years of experience in SEO, marketing automation, and CRM management.
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and workflow automation.
- Experience implementing Meta CAPI integrations.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, and related tools.
- Experience with automation platforms such as Zapier and Interakt.
- Strong familiarity with WordPress.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI-powered SEO and automation (AIO).
- Knowledge of Python or SQL for automation and data analysis.
