Job Description

.

It is just evolving.

Meet AEO and GEO.

If those three letters after SEO mean nothing to you, this might not be the right fit. If they make you curious, keep reading.

We are , a digital marketing consultancy working with international clients across real estate, technology, and professional services.

We are hiring an + + , but with a slightly different focus than most.

ranks you on Google. Important, but not enough anymore.

(Answer Engine Optimization) gets you cited as a source in AI-generated answers on ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.

(Generative Engine Optimization) is the broader practice of optimizing for generative search engines, where ranking factors are evolving in real time.

We work on all three.

The brands that will win in 2026 are not just the ones ranking #1 on Google. They are the ones being cited by AI when someone asks a question.

SEO is no longer a single discipline. It is becoming a stack.

Conduct technical SEO audits: crawlability, indexation, site architecture, page speed, schema markup, Core Web Vitals

Research keywords by search intent, not just volume

Work on AEO: structure content so it gets cited in AI-generated answers on ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews

Work on GEO: optimize content for generative search engines

Compare how pages perform on Google vs AI search engines

Build content briefs that work across Google ranking, AI citation, and generative search recommendation

Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Screaming Frog, Surfer SEO) to speed up audits

Build logical frameworks for SEO, AEO, and GEO decision-making

You know SEO basics: canonical tags, crawl budget, structured data

You know what AEO and GEO mean. Bonus if you have already tried optimizing content for AI search engines.

You have used Google Search Console. Bonus for Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Semrush, or Surfer SEO.

You think in logic, not templates. Your first instinct is to ask why does this rule exist

You have a blog, a personal website, or have done SEO work on any website. Real work matters more to us than certificates.

You write clearly in English.

Not for someone whose only SEO experience is a Udemy course

Not for someone who follows a checklist without asking why

Not for someone who treats AEO and GEO as buzzwords

Remote, Full-time

6 months

Immediate start

PPO opportunity for high performers

Certificate, letter of recommendation, flexible work hours
