What You'll Be Doing
- Conduct keyword research, identify content gaps, and uncover growth opportunities across both traditional and AI-powered search
- Build and execute strategies for SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
- Optimize content not just for Google rankings, but also for discoverability across AI-driven platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and other generative search experiences
- Work closely with content, design, and development teams to create search-friendly and AI-friendly digital experiences
- Perform technical, on-page, and off-page SEO audits and drive implementation across websites and landing pages
- Optimize content for featured snippets, conversational queries, voice search, and AI-generated answers
- Improve website indexing, crawlability, and performance through technical SEO best practices
- Monitor traffic, rankings, engagement, conversions, and visibility across search and AI discovery channels
- Analyze competitor strategies and identify opportunities to stay ahead in the ever-changing search landscape
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, AI search trends, and emerging technologies shaping the future of discovery
- Support organic growth goals with data-backed strategies and measurable impact
Who We're Looking For
- Strong understanding of SEO, technical SEO, keyword strategy, and content optimization
- Hands-on exposure to AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
- Understanding of how AI search ecosystems and LLMs influence content visibility and user behavior
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz Pro, GT Metrix, and Google Tag Manager
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for SEO recommendations and implementation
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn numbers into actionable insights
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-moving digital environment
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across content, creative, and tech teams
