Role Overview

We are looking for an SEO & Webmaster Manager to own Factori.ai's organic growth and website operations. This role will be responsible for SEO, AEO, website management, CMS operations, landing pages, technical website hygiene, analytics tracking, and conversion optimisation.

The role is ideal for someone who can manage the website as a growth, campaign, and lead-generation asset, not just as a content publishing platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute SEO, AEO, and organic growth strategies for Factori.ai.
  • Manage technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, programmatic SEO, metadata, schema, internal linking, crawlability, and indexation.
  • Conduct keyword research for themes such as location intelligence, real-world data, mobility data, audience intelligence, geospatial data, retail site selection, demand forecasting, data APIs, and AI-ready datasets.
  • Manage the Factori.ai website as the primary webmaster, including page updates, blog publishing, landing pages, forms, banners, navigation, redirects, and CMS hygiene.
  • Own WordPress or CMS operations, including page creation, publishing workflows, plugins, menus, media library, metadata, redirects, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Build and maintain campaign landing pages for SEO, paid campaigns, webinars, events, ABM, product launches, downloadable assets, and sales initiatives.
  • Maintain website structure, URL hygiene, sitemap, robots.txt coordination, page hierarchy, navigation, and user journeys.
  • Run regular website audits to fix broken links, 404 errors, outdated pages, slow pages, duplicate content, redirect issues, missing metadata, and form errors.
  • Improve website speed, mobile responsiveness, Core Web Vitals, browser compatibility, accessibility, and technical performance in coordination with engineering or external developers.
  • Own website conversion paths, including demo forms, contact forms, gated content forms, thank-you pages, CTA flows, and lead capture journeys.
  • Work with RevOps and Demand Generation teams to ensure UTM tracking, form routing, CRM integration, lead-source attribution, and campaign tracking accuracy.
  • Create website and SEO dashboards using GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, CRM reports, and heatmap tools.
  • Coordinate with content, product marketing, design, sales, RevOps, and engineering teams to keep website messaging, product pages, use-case pages, and campaign pages updated.
  • Maintain website governance, including publishing checklists, QA processes, approval workflows, tracking standards, redirect documentation, and website change logs.

Required Skills And Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in SEO, webmaster operations, website management, or digital marketing operations, preferably in B2B SaaS, data, AI, martech, adtech, analytics, or technology businesses.
  • Strong hands-on experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, content SEO, programmatic SEO, AEO, and AI search optimisation.
  • Experience with website audits, crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, page speed, schema markup, redirects, canonical tags, and internal linking.
  • Ability to manage landing pages, campaign pages, website forms, thank-you pages, lead capture flows, and conversion journeys.
  • Working knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and heatmap tools.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, schema markup, tracking codes, CRM integrations, and marketing automation tools.
  • Ability to coordinate with design, engineering, product, content, sales, RevOps, and demand generation teams.
  • Strong attention to detail in website QA, publishing accuracy, forms, tracking, redirects, metadata, and page hygiene.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to explain SEO and website priorities clearly to internal stakeholders.

Good to Have

  • Experience in B2B data, AI, SaaS, location intelligence, martech, adtech, or analytics companies.
  • Experience managing websites for technical products aimed at both business and technical buyers.
  • Exposure to HubSpot, Webflow, Salesforce, Marketo, Zoho, or similar tools.
  • Experience with global SEO, ABM landing pages, product-led growth, and demand-generation campaigns.
