We are seeking an Manager, Search Marketing to drive search visibility, technical SEO, content discoverability, and Generative Engine Optimization across a global digital ecosystem supporting corporate, professional, clinical, and consumer audiences.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in SEO, Technical SEO, Organic Search, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
- Define SEO and GEO governance standards across digital properties.
- Establish SEO requirements and optimization priorities.
- Partner with Web, Content, Marketing, Marketplace, and Digital teams.
- Drive technical SEO, taxonomy, site structure, and discoverability improvements.
- Develop reporting on search visibility, rankings, organic traffic, and opportunities.
- Embed SEO into templates, migrations, content standards, and experimentation.
- Ensure SEO readiness during website migrations and replatforming.
- Monitor AI search and GEO trends.
- Translate SEO requirements into technical and content backlogs.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in SEO, Technical SEO, or Organic Search.
- Strong hands-on technical SEO experience.
- Strong understanding of SEO analytics, rankings, organic traffic, and reporting.
- Understanding of AI Search and Generative Engine Optimization.
- Experience with website architecture, taxonomy, structured data, and discoverability.
- Experience supporting website migrations or replatforming.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
- Marketplace or Amazon SEO experience.
- CMS and website migration experience.
- Healthcare, clinical, professional, or consumer audience experience.
- Global or multi-brand digital experience.
