Role Description The SEO & ADS Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal, responsible for driving organic and paid traffic growth for HackerKernel and its clients. Day-to-day tasks include performing keyword research, conducting SEO audits, optimizing on-page elements, and managing link-building initiatives to improve rankings and visibility. The specialist will configure and monitor web analytics, track key performance metrics, and prepare reports with actionable insights. This role also involves planning, executing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns across search and social platforms, collaborating with content, design, and development teams to align SEO and advertising strategies with business goals. The specialist is expected to stay up to date with search engine algorithms, ad platform policies, and industry best practices to ensure sustainable performance.
Qualifications
- Strong keyword research skills and experience translating search intent into content and campaign strategies.
- Hands-on expertise in SEO audits and on-page SEO, including technical checks, metadata optimization, site structure, and content improvements.
- Experience with link building, outreach, and ethical off-page SEO practices to enhance domain authority and rankings.
- Proficiency with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) for tracking, reporting, and performance optimization.
- Practical experience planning and managing paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads or similar), including keyword bidding, budget management, and A/B testing.
- Familiarity with digital marketing fundamentals, conversion rate optimization, and landing page best practices.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and present clear recommendations to stakeholders.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with content, design, and engineering teams.
- Experience in a tech, SaaS, or agency environment is an advantage; prior work with international clients is a plus.
