Job Description

Job Description

  • Lead endtoend sensory evaluation programs, including trained and consumer panels.
  • Design, execute, analyze, and report sensory studies to support product innovation and optimization.
  • Oversee sensory lab operations, ensuring compliance with GLP, GMP, SOPs, and hygiene standards.
  • Manage budgets and resources covering manpower, equipment, travel, and external evaluations.
  • Monitor and recalibrate panel performance to ensure accuracy and robustness of sensory data.
  • Partner closely with R&D, Consumer Insights, Marketing, Open Innovation, and external agencies.
  • Drive digitization and advanced data analytics using sensory and statistical tools.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Manager Regulatory should have:

  • Master's degree (preferably PhD) in Food Science, Sensory Science, or a related discipline.
  • 10-12 years of experience in F&B R&D, with at least 5 years in sensory and consumer research.
  • Strong expertise in sensory methodologies, applied statistics, data analytics, and Design of Experiments.
  • Handson experience building, training, and managing expert sensory panels.
  • Proficiency in sensory and statistical softwares.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and team leadership capabilities.
