PositionOverview

Fusion isa cloud-based3D modeling, CAD, CAM, CAE, and PCB software platformforprofessionalproductdesign and manufacturing. We'reseeking anexperienced SeniorSoftwareQA Engineer to jointhe DesignEngineeringQA team, focusing on AIRendering capabilitiesand Graphicsfeatures. This role willlead AIvalidation strategies, ensuremodelqualityand reliability, and providetechnical leadership for theteam.

This is a hybrid position in Pune, India. You will report to Senior Manager, SQA.

Responsibilities

  • Lead QA strategyand execution for AIRendering and Graphics features mentorjunior teammembers.

  • Designand executeAI modelvalidation includingaccuracytesting, outputquality assessment, and regressiontesting acrossmodel versions.

  • Developmethodologies toevaluateAI-generated renderingoutputs usingqualitymetrics and consistencychecks.

  • Architectand developautomationframeworks for AI validation and graphics testing.

  • ValidateAI model performance(latency, throughput, memory) across differenthardware configurations.

  • Perform manualand automated testingfor graphics-related features within Fusion.

  • VerifyAIrenderingand graphics consistency across different OS, platforms, and hardware.

  • Investigateand validate customer-reported issues collaboratewith development teams on rootcause analysis.

  • Provide regularupdatestostakeholders on qualitystatus, risks, and recommendations.

MinimumQualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, DataScience, AI, or related field.

  • 5+ years of softwareQA experience, with2+ years focused on AI/ML applications.

  • Strong understandingof AI/ML conceptsincludingmodel training, inference, and evaluationmetrics.

  • Experience withAI modelvalidationtechniquesand testing challenges(datadrift, edgecases, non-deterministic outputs).

  • Proficiencyin Python for test automation.

  • Solid knowledgeof softwaretesting methodologies and defect tracking.

  • Stronganalytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Abilityto lead initiativesand collaborateincross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ExperiencetestingAI/ML applicationsin computer vision, imagegeneration, or rendering.

  • Familiarity with ML frameworks(PyTorch, TensorFlow, ONNX).

  • Experience with image quality metrics(SSIM, PSNR) and visual comparison techniques.

  • Hands-on experience with 3D CAD/CAE software (Fusion, Inventor, CATIA, etc.).

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and AIvalidation integration.

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrummethodologies.

  • Priorexperience mentoring QA team members.
