Lead and manage a high-performing team responsible for building and delivering automated processes that validate content accuracy through back-to-source checks. Drive operational excellence, foster collaboration, and ensure strategic alignment with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Development
    • Hire, mentor, and manage a team of data scientists, quality analysts, and automation specialists focused on quality automation.
    • Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and create growth opportunities for team members.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution
    • Oversee the design and implementation of automated back-to-source quality check processes.
    • Ensure timely delivery of manual performance reports until automation is fully deployed.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Act as the primary liaison between internal teams (business, content, product) and the client.
    • Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring transparency and alignment on quality targets.
    • Ensure targets are met by the end of Dec 2026
  • Project Governance
    • Monitor progress on the tool development and analytics deployment.
    • Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and compliance standards.
    • Use data visualizations and project tracker tools to provide transparency on progress

  • Quality & Performance Oversight
    • Validate that stratified sampling methods are correctly applied across datasets.
    • Review analytics outputs, identify trends, and guide corrective actions for quality improvement.
Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience managing technical teams in data science, analytics, or content quality domains.
  • Strong understanding of financial data (Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives, etc.).
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, model evaluation, and automation workflows.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical insights into actionable business strategies.
