Implement training architecture and create a training roadmap for the assigned zone through the team. Train sales staff effectively to enhance the productivity of the region with specific capability development interventions. Provide insights and inputs in designing and developing relevant training programs for the sales team. Conduct regular trainer development reviews - observing, feedback, and demonstration.
