We're looking for an experienced technical leader who can understand complex business requirements, design the right solution and take ownership of successful delivery.

What you'll do

• Lead customer discovery and technical requirement discussions.

• Design solutions across Zoho, custom applications and third-party integrations.

• Scope projects and provide realistic effort estimates and timelines.

• Define solution architecture, integrations and data flows.

• Identify technical risks and dependencies early.

• Guide projects from discovery through development, testing and go-live.

• Mentor developers and junior team members.

• Resolve complex technical blockers and improve delivery standards.

• Communicate confidently with customers and internal teams.

  
  
  

Requirements

What we're looking for

• 5+ years in solution architecture, technical consulting, SaaS implementation or systems integration.

• Experience independently delivering complex customer projects.

• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, integrations and business applications.

• Strong project scoping, estimation and problem-solving skills.

• Experience mentoring technical teams.

• Strong ownership and customer-facing communication skills.

Good to have: Zoho CRM, Creator, Books, Flow, Zoho One, Deluge, JavaScript, SQL, API integrations, Webhooks, n8n/Make.com/AI/Third-party integration tools, MCP Servers and business automation.
