Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Zoho Consultant with strong expertise in Zoho People (HRMS) and working knowledge of Zoho CRM to support implementation, customization, automation, and ongoing business process improvements.

Zoho CRM (Secondary Focus)
- CRM Customization & Configuration
- Workflow Automation
- Lead & Customer Management
- Reports and Dashboards
- CRM Integrations with Zoho Applications
