About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Zoho Developer with 5-7 years of expertise in Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications. The ideal candidate will have strong development skills, in-depth knowledge of Zoho customization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize solutions within Zoho CRM and other Zoho products.
- Write and optimize Deluge scripts to build custom workflows, functions, and automations.
- Develop custom reports, dashboards, and modules based on business needs.
- Integrate Zoho applications with third-party tools via APIs and webhooks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and performance across Zoho systems.
- Stay updated with Zoho's latest features and proactively suggest improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications.
- Strong knowledge of Deluge scripting and Zoho customization.
- Experience in API integrations, JSON, and webhooks.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for UI customization and enhancements.
- Zoho certifications (e.g., Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator) are an added advantage.
- Experience in widget customization and integration within Zoho applications.
- Good understanding of CRM automation, workflows, and business process optimization.
