Senior Zoho Developer & Integration Consultant

About The Desk  

The Desk is an Australian-based Zoho Partner helping businesses Streamline, Automate and Transform through technology and connected business systems.

We're looking for an experienced hands-on developer who can independently own Zoho implementation and integration projects.

What you'll do  

• Configure and customise Zoho applications.
• Build workflows, custom functions and business automation.
• Develop integrations using REST APIs and webhooks.
• Work with Zoho and third-party applications.
• Independently troubleshoot technical issues.
• Estimate tasks and communicate progress and risks clearly.
• Test solutions and support UAT and go-live.
• Work directly with customers when required.
• Support and mentor junior developers and interns.

What we're looking for  

• 3+ years in Zoho development, SaaS implementation or systems integration.
• Strong hands-on experience with APIs and third-party integrations.
• Experience delivering customer-facing projects.
• Ability to solve technical problems independently and own delivery.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Good to have: Zoho CRM, Creator, Books, Flow, Zoho One, Deluge, JavaScript, SQL, API integrations, Webhooks, n8n/Make.com/AI/Third-party integration tools, MCP Servers and business automation.
