Role Description
This is a full-time position for an Senior Zoho Developer with 1-3 years of experience, based on-site in Chennai. The Senior Zoho Developer will be responsible for the implementation and customization of Zoho applications. Daily tasks include configuring, integrating, and supporting Zoho applications; troubleshooting issues; and working closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions. Additionally, the role involves staying updated with new Zoho features and functionalities to ensure optimal use of the platform.
Qualifications
Experience in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk, and other Zoho applications
Proficiency in integration and customization of Zoho applications
Skills in troubleshooting, issue resolution, and technical support for Zoho products
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as within a team
Familiarity with JavaScript, Deluge scripting, and APIs
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Zoho Certification is a plus
