Long-term, Dragonfruit plans to develop pioneering YouTube educational-professional programs, as well as launch the first-ever Independent YouTube Film Studio, producing diverse, impactful narrative works for distribution only by theatrical release and organic YouTube publication.

Ideal Candidate

• Highly skilled and proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
• Ability to mentor and upskill junior editors through feedback, collaboration, and best practice sharing
• Experience working on high-priority or high-visibility clients, with a strong understanding of quality standards and brand voice
• Ability to execute more complex edits, including robust motion graphics, advanced pacing, and storytelling techniques
• Proven experience creating viral or high-performing content across both short-form and long-form. Bonus points if experienced in other formats such as podcasts, talking heads, etc.
• Deep knowledge/expertise in YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok meta-trends, including relevant creators, new algorithm changes, analytics, and monetization strategies
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, adapting to changing priorities and demands
• Extremely deadline-oriented with an understanding of the importance of project timelines
• Tech-savvy with quick learning abilities for new software
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on learning and growing as a team
