Role Overview:

We're looking for a Senior Content Writer who can blend creativity with performance thinking. This role is not just about writing, it's about driving outcomes. You will own high-impact content across ads, landing pages, and marketing collaterals, directly influencing engagement, conversion, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Performance Marketing Content

• Write high-converting ad scripts for video (Meta, YouTube, etc.)
• Create static ad copies (H1s, H2s, primary text, hooks)
• Continuously iterate based on metrics like Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CTR

2. Landing Page & Funnel Content

• Write landing pages that drive conversion (hero sections, body copy, CTAs)
• Collaborate on funnel messaging (ads → landing pages → email → sales)

3. Marketing Collaterals

• Write content for marketing collaterals including product brochures, videos, and BTL assets, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice

4. Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work with designers, video editors, and marketers to execute campaigns
• Contribute to creative briefs and proactively bring in new ideas

Requirement:

1. 3–6 years of experience in content writing (preferably in D2C, EdTech, or consumer brands)
2. Strong experience in: Performance ad copy (video + static)
3. Landing page writing

• Proven ability to write conversion-focused content, not just good English
• Understanding of basic marketing metrics (CTR, conversions, etc.)
