Your Role
As a Senior Workfront / Workfront Fusion Consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of Workfront customers by assessing business needs, designing scalable solutions, and implementing optimized work management platforms. You will act as a trusted advisor, combining deep technical expertise with strong business process consulting to drive adoption, value realization, and long-term customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will:
- Assess client business processes and requirements to design effective Workfront and Workfront Fusion solutions.
- Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and optimization of Adobe Workfront modules, including workflows, templates, queues, reports, and dashboards.
- Design, build, and maintain Workfront Fusion integrations with enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, HR, financial, and collaboration tools).
- Provide hands-on technical consulting with a strong focus on scalability, performance, and best practices.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs and documentation.
- Guide clients through change management, user onboarding, and adoption strategies to maximize platform usage.
- Act as a solution advisor, proactively identifying opportunities to add business value and improve operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend sustainable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to deliver successful outcomes.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing and best practice development.
Your Profile
- 6–12 years of overall experience with strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Workfront implementation and consulting.
- Proven experience with Workfront Fusion (formerly Fusion) for system integration and automation.
- Strong understanding of work management, project management, and enterprise business processes.
- Experience integrating Workfront with third-party applications using APIs, web services, and connectors.
- Ability to lead solution design discussions and provide consultative guidance to senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in client-facing roles with a results-oriented and customer-first mindset.
- Adobe Workfront certification(s) are a strong advantage.
