About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Workforce Software Consultant with a strong background in Time & Attendance, Custom Reporting (Crystal Reports), and Classic Job Scheduling. The ideal candidate holds active PT141 (ASC L1) certification and has 5+ years of hands-on WFS configuration experience across global enterprise clients. You will lead end-to-end configuration, complex formula writing, and advanced scheduling implementations.
Experience
- 5+ years as a Workforce Software Consultant (plus 4+ years Oracle Fusion HCM).
- Proven experience with global clients (e.g., SwissRe, Fast Retailing, BP, Cook County, Tapestry, Smithfield, Union Bank).
- Strong background in Crystal Reports development and custom reporting for WFS.
- Experience with accelerators (e.g., WFS Accelerate template for rapid implementation).
Technical Skills
- WFS Modules: Time & Attendance, Classic Job Scheduling, Analytics, Absence Compliance Tracker, Interface.
- Tools: Policy Editor, Tenant Manager, DB Visualizer, Crystal Reports, Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence, Client Central.
- Databases: SQL, Oracle SQL.
- Languages: WFS Formula Language, SQL.
- VPN/Tools: Cisco VPN, Open VPN, WinSCP.
Soft Skills
- Strong client-facing communication (requirements gathering, BRD/SSD analysis).
- Ownership-driven, quick self-learner, excellent time management.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM (HCM Data Loader, BI Publisher, OTBI).
- Knowledge of FBDL (File Based Data Loader).
- Prior experience migrating from Oracle Fusion to WFS or hybrid environments.
