Job Title: Senior Workday Reporting Analyst

Shift Timing: EST/CST hours (Needs US overlapping)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and maintain Workday Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Reports

· Build and support Workday Prism Analytics solutions, including data ingestion, transformation, data modeling, and derived datasets.

· Develop and support EIBs for data extraction and inbound/outbound data requirements.

· Develop and maintain Workday Dashboards, Discovery Boards and Worksheets.

· Stay current with new Workday features and capabilities to effectively guide business stakeholders in optimizing the organization's reporting and analytics solutions

Required Qualifications

· Strong hands-on experience with Workday Report Writer, including Advanced, Matrix, and especially Composite Reports.

· Advanced knowledge of Workday Security. Candidate should be able to independently troubleshoot security issues within reports.

· Subject matter expertise in Workday Prism Analytics, including data preparation, transformation, and dataset management.

· Working knowledge of RaaS, Workday web services/APIs, and integration concepts, with the ability to support reporting-related data extraction and downstream consumption requirements.

· Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

· Experience with integrating Workday data with external systems or analytics platforms like Microsoft Power BI

· Hands-on experience with EIBs. s
