## Job Summar

yWe are looking for a highly experienced Senior Workday Recruiting Consultant with strong expertise in Workday Recruiting configuration, enhancements, and production support. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling end-to-end recruiting processes, implementing business enhancements, troubleshooting issues, and understanding integration impacts across the Workday ecosystem

es- Configure and maintain Workday Recruiting modules based on business requirement

s.- Design, develop, and implement enhancements in Workday Recruitin

g.- Manage and optimize Business Processes (BPs), notifications, approvals, and security configuration

s.- Perform impact analysis and support changes related to integration

s.- Work with EIBs, Core Connectors, and collaborate with integration teams for issue resolutio

n.- Create and maintain calculated fields, custom reports, and dashboard

s.- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution

s.- Gather business requirements and translate them into Workday solution

s.- Support testing activities, including unit testing, UAT, and production deployment

s.- Collaborate with cross-functional Workday teams, including HCM, Compensation, Security, and Integration
