About the Role:
We are seeking a
Senior Workday Integration Developer / Consultant with 8+ Years IT Experience and 5+ Years Workday Integration experience. Strong experience in designing, developing, and supporting Workday integrations. The ideal candidate should have expertise in
Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services, and REST/SOAP APIs to deliver scalable integration solutions across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Financials.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and support Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
- Build and maintain inbound/outbound integrations between Workday and third-party applications.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical integration solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, performance bottlenecks, and production incidents.
- Support integration testing, deployments, and Workday release activities.
- Create and maintain technical design, deployment, and support documentation.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Integrations.
- Strong experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
- Expertise in REST APIs, SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, JSON, and Web Services.
- Experience integrating Workday with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Identity Management, or Finance systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience with Workday HCM and/or Financials.
Preferred Qualifications
- Workday Integration Certification and/or Studio Certification.
- Experience with global Workday implementations and support.
- Knowledge of API-led architecture and cloud integration patterns.
- Experience with Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
Nice To Have
- Workday Extend exposure, Prism Analytics, Workday Security, Azure/AWS integration experience.
