We are hiring for Senior Workday Integration Consultant as a Full Time for IT Company

Position Summary:

Responsible for designing, developing, testing, maintaining, and supporting Workday integrations. This role reports to the HRIS Senior Director, HR IT & Reporting, and collaborates closely with Workday HRIS teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, configure, and test Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Workday Extend, EIB, RaaS, Web Services, XSLT, xPath, and complex calculated fields.

- Lead short- and mid-term projects with minimal supervision.

- Participate in business meetings and stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and review designs.

- Support the full system development lifecycle including configuration, testing, cutover, and deployment.

- Provide production support including ticket management, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.

- Mentor and guide team members on Workday integration and reporting development.

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.

- 4+ years of hands-on experience with EIB, SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, Workday Studio, inbound/outbound integrations, and payroll interfaces (PECI, PICOF).

- Strong knowledge of Workday HCM modules, Security, and Business Process Configuration.

- Working knowledge of BIRT strongly preferred.

- Experience with data conversion concepts and Workday iLoads.
