About the role
The Senior Workday Integration analyst is a strategic individual contributor responsible for the design, development, and ongoing support of scalable, secure, and efficient Workday integrations. This role combines strong functional knowledge with advanced technical expertise to ensure seamless data exchange, optimized system performance, and continuous enhancement of the Workday ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using Core Connectors (CCW), EIB, Workday Studio, and Workday Orchestrate to ensure seamless data exchange
- Create and maintain documentation for solution designs, configuration decisions, integration workflows, and operational procedures.
- Implement secure integration solutions utilizing SFTP, HTTPS, encryption standards, OAuth, and WS-Security protocols.
- Configure and manage Workday security, including domain security policies, role-based access controls, constrained roles, and integration users.
- Support Workday release activities through impact analysis, feature evaluation, testing coordination, and deployment of new functionality.
- Develop and optimize Workday reports using Advanced Report Writer, calculated fields, sub reports, and Raas
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HRIS, People Technology, or a related field, with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Possess advanced expertise in Workday integrations, including Core Connectors (CCW), EIBs, Workday Studio, SOAP/REST APIs, RaaS endpoints, Workday security architecture, OAuth, WS-Security, and integration user management.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience with XSLT/XPath transformations, external API integrations, hybrid integration architectures, and end-to-end solution delivery with minimal supervision.
- Apply strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills to drive process improvements, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and deliver scalable outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across all organizational levels while managing priorities and adapting to fast-paced, time-sensitive environments.
