We at Coforge are hiring a Senior Workday Advance Compensation & Talent Consultants with the following skillset:
- Extensive experience in Workday Core and Advanced Compensation, with exposure to additional HCM modules such as Recruiting, Benefits, Talent, and Absence
- Solid understanding of Workday configuration and business processes, enabling effective solution design and optimization
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve Workday technical and functional issues efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to manage escalations and handle conflict resolution effectively
- Ability to work independently under general direction, demonstrating ownership and accountability in deliverables
- Deep expertise in Workday Talent and Performance Management, with exposure to HCM modules such as Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, and Absence
- Workday Talent and Performance Management Pro certification, ensuring strong functional and system knowledge (additional certifications are an advantage)
- Proven ability to lead configuration and optimization of Talent and Performance processes aligned with business goals
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex Workday technical and functional issues
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in handling escalations and resolving conflicts effectively
- Ability to work independently under general direction, demonstrating leadership, ownership, and accountability in delivery
