Canadian Limos Inc. is looking for a highly capable Senior WordPress & Web Systems Developer to support and improve our core online booking and lead-generation infrastructure.

This is not a typical build random pages role. Our website is directly tied to daily revenue generation through Google Ads, SEO, online bookings, automations, and operational workflows. We are looking for someone who understands the importance of stability, clean architecture, speed, tracking accuracy, and thoughtful implementation.

This is a long-term remote opportunity for someone who can think beyond basic development tasks and contribute to improving systems, workflows, and conversion experiences over time.

Role Overview

You will work closely with leadership, marketing, and operations teams to maintain and improve our WordPress ecosystem, landing pages, booking flows, integrations, and automation systems.

The role requires someone careful, technically mature, detail-oriented, and comfortable working on a live production environment where mistakes can directly impact leads and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop, maintain, and optimize WordPress pages and custom functionalities

* Build and improve custom forms, quote flows, calculators, and booking experiences

* Manage frontend updates while maintaining clean responsive design standards

* Support integrations between WordPress, Zapier, CRMs, Stripe, APIs, and operational tools

* Ensure tracking systems, analytics, conversion events, and scripts remain stable

* Improve website performance, speed, and technical SEO structure

* Troubleshoot bugs, plugin conflicts, and deployment issues carefully

* Recommend smarter systems and automation opportunities where relevant

* Maintain organized documentation and clean coding practices

* Work carefully around live Google Ads landing pages without disrupting campaigns or conversion tracking

Requirements

* 5+ years of WordPress development experience

* Strong understanding of custom WordPress development and site architecture

* Strong frontend knowledge: HTML, CSS, JavaScript

* Experience with PHP and WordPress hooks/functions

* Experience with APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms such as Zapier

* Understanding of conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, etc.

* Familiarity with page speed optimization and technical SEO fundamentals

* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

* Strong attention to detail and structured problem-solving approach

* Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment

Preferred

* Experience working on lead-generation or service-based business websites

* Experience with CRM integrations and workflow automation

* Understanding of UX and conversion optimization

* Familiarity with GeneratePress or lightweight WordPress frameworks

* Experience handling staging/live deployment workflows safely
