Join an exciting project supporting an internal client responsible for the management and continuous development of multiple WordPress instances. Due to a significant backlog of feature enhancements and platform improvements, the team is expanding with experienced developers who can contribute across both front-end and back-end development. If you enjoy building scalable WordPress solutions, developing modern React-based interfaces, and working on system integrations, this role is for you.
Your tasks
- Managing multiple WordPress instances and ensuring their stability and performance
- Developing and delivering new features and functionalities
- Building and maintaining integrations between WordPress instances and external applications
- Developing front-end and back-end solutions using PHP, React, and WordPress
- Participating in project planning, estimation, and technical discussions
- Optimizing website performance, security, and maintainability
- Troubleshooting and resolving application issues while providing ongoing support
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions using Agile methodologies
Requirements
- Proven 6 years of experience as a Senior WordPress Developer
- Extensive practical experience managing multiple WordPress instances (mandatory)
- In-depth knowledge of PHP, WordPress, React.js, SQL, REST APIs, and Next.js
- Experience developing custom WordPress themes, plugins, and integrations
- Good understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Previous work in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Good command of English - minimum B2
