Role & Responsibilities

• Demonstrate expertise in managing Windows Server environments, specifically Windows Server 2012 and 2022.
• Lead domain controller migration projects from one server to another, ensuring a seamless transition.
• Configure and manage Windows Deployment Services (WDS) for efficient OS deployment.
• Tailor OS configurations according to organizational needs.
• Expertly handle SCCM patch updating to ensure systems are up-to-date and secure.
• Serve as an expert in Active Directory and Group Policy management, providing solutions and improvements.
• Collaborate with the team to implement and enforce group policies effectively.
• Manage DHCP super scope and demonstrate proficiency in a Hyper-V environment.
• Experience in handling backup procedures for both physical and virtual servers on a regular basis.
• Implement and manage Windows BitLocker encryption for enhanced security.
• Handle application integration with various automation tools (added advantage).
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for Windows 10 and Windows 11 issues at both domain and workgroup levels.
• Work collaboratively within a team to accomplish tasks and projects efficiently.
• Mentor and guide junior team members as needed
