Are you someone who can take a wedding from concept to execution

F5 Celebrations is looking for an experienced Wedding Planner & Stylist who has a strong eye for design, understands wedding aesthetics, and can confidently manage clients, vendors, planning and on-ground execution.

What You'll Do

• Handle weddings end-to-end – planning to execution
• Understand client vision, requirements & budgets
• Create concepts, themes & mood boards
• Plan wedding styling, décor & layouts
• Coordinate vendors, production & internal teams
• Conduct venue visits & manage execution checklists
• Supervise on-ground setup & event execution
• Handle timelines, logistics & last-minute challenges
• Ensure every detail is executed to the expected quality

We're Looking For

• Strong experience in wedding planning & styling
• Excellent client handling & communication skills
• Strong understanding of décor, styling & aesthetics
• Good vendor network & coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple weddings simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving & execution skills
• Comfortable working long hours, weekends & event days
• Someone creative, organised and highly detail-oriented

Salary

Up to ₹8 LPA, based on experience and expertise.

Location: Bengaluru
