Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of luxury & large-scale weddings in Rajasthan
- Act as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients from onboarding to wedding closure
- Conceptualize wedding themes, dcor briefs, and detailed event flow aligned with client vision
- Coordinate with Rajasthan-based vendors (venues, dcor, hospitality, artists, logistics)
- Manage budgets, cost negotiations, vendor contracts, and P&L for assigned weddings
- Prepare and manage wedding timelines, checklists, and production schedules
- Handle on-ground execution by coordinating with local teams during wedding events
- Ensure quality control, brand standards, and flawless guest experience
- Troubleshoot last-minute challenges calmly and professionally
- Mentor junior planners and support team training when required
- Travel to Rajasthan locations as per wedding requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in wedding planning / luxury events (Rajasthan experience mandatory)
- Strong understanding of destination weddings in Rajasthan
- Excellent vendor network across Rajasthan
- Proven expertise in client handling, negotiation, and stakeholder management
- Strong communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Willingness to work 6 days a week and travel extensively during wedding season
