About Us

We're building a professional Video Editing Hub specializing in premium wedding and event cinematography. We're looking for a talented senior editor to lead our creative vision and mentor our team.

The Role

We're hiring a Senior Wedding & Event Video Editor to serve as our Lead Video Editor and Creative Director. You'll oversee all creative projects, lead our editing team, and set the quality standards for our studio.

This is a founding-level role where you'll directly shape our studio's direction and culture.

What You'll Do

• Create cinematic wedding and event videos that exceed client expectations
• Lead and mentor junior editors and interns
• Manage multiple projects and meet monthly delivery targets
• Oversee color grading, audio design, and visual effects
• Handle client communication and revisions

What We're Looking For

Core Skills:

• Strategic storyteller who prioritizes emotion and narrative over technical complexity
• Expert in composition, color grading, pacing, and visual hierarchy
• Fluent in DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro
• Proven team mentor with leadership experience
• Substantial wedding and event editing background

Experience Required:

• Minimum 5-6 years professional video editing
• 100+ completed wedding and event projects
• Strong portfolio of premium wedding/event work
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Client-facing experience
• Knowledge of multi-platform optimization (YouTube, Instagram, 4K, web)
