Role Description
We're on the hunt for a highly skilled and creative Senior WordPress and Webflow Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in crafting and managing stunning, high-performing websites and landing pages that drive engagement and results. You're a perfect fit if you're passionate about pushing the boundaries of web design and development, possess a keen eye for detail, and have a deep understanding of both WordPress and Webflow ecosystems.. This position is based in Hyderabad with some work from home flexibility.
What You'll Do
- Develop and Design: Spearhead the creation and design of new, visually appealing, and user-friendly pages and full websites on both WordPress and Webflow platforms.
- Landing Page Mastermind: Take ownership of the end-to-end development, design, and management of high-conversion landing pages.
- Plugin & Integration Expert: Leverage your extensive knowledge of WordPress plugins and Webflow integrations, including connecting custom plugins and third-party services, to extend website functionality.
- SEO Implementation: Manage and optimize on-page SEO elements to ensure maximum visibility and search engine ranking for our web properties.
- Animation & Transition Guru: Implement complex animations, interactions, and transitions to create engaging and memorable user experiences.
- Website Management: Oversee the ongoing maintenance, updates, and performance optimization of existing WordPress and Webflow sites.
- Stay Current: Keep abreast of the latest web development trends, tools, and best practices in the WordPress and Webflow space.
Qualifications
Proven Experience: Demonstrable experience (typically 4+ years) in a senior role developing and designing for both WordPress and Webflow platforms. A strong portfolio showcasing your work is essential.
- Deep Platform Knowledge -
- WordPress: Expert-level understanding of WordPress core, theme development/customization, child themes, custom post types, and common page builders (e.g., Elementor, Gutenberg). Extensive experience with a wide range of plugins and best practices for their implementation and management.
- Webflow: Proficient in all aspects of Webflow development, including the Designer, CMS, interactions, and custom code implementation.
Design Acumen: Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and a keen eye for visual detail. Ability to translate design mockups (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) into pixel-perfect, functional websites.
SEO Savvy: Solid understanding of on-page SEO best practices and implementation.
Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment and take complete ownership of tasks.
