Job Title: Senior AI-Enabled Web Developer
Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior AI-Enabled Web Developer to lead the design, development, and ongoing maintenance of modern, high-quality websites across multiple company brands. The ideal candidate combines strong front-end development expertise with modern AI-assisted development workflows to rapidly build scalable, responsive, and visually compelling websites.
This role requires ownership of the complete website lifecycle—from information architecture and UI/UX design to CMS implementation, deployment, SEO optimization, analytics, and continuous improvements. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership to translate technical consulting services into engaging digital experiences while maintaining consistent branding across multiple business websites.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, modern, and professional websites for multiple company brands.
- Own the complete website development lifecycle, including planning, architecture, development, deployment, optimization, and ongoing maintenance.
- Utilize AI-powered development tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, v0, or similar platforms to accelerate design, coding, prototyping, and development workflows.
- Build reusable UI components and templates that simplify future content updates and website expansion.
- Translate technical consulting services—including Azure Cloud, AI solutions, enterprise software implementations, managed services, and data migration projects—into compelling website content and customer case studies.
- Develop clean, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks such as React.
- Configure and manage CMS platforms including WordPress, Webflow, or Headless CMS solutions.
- Implement SEO best practices, performance optimization, accessibility standards, and website analytics.
- Monitor website performance and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
- Maintain brand consistency while allowing each website to reflect its unique market positioning.
- Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and technical teams to ensure website content accurately represents evolving business offerings.
- Establish scalable development standards, reusable templates, and documentation for efficient website management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining professional business or consulting websites.
- Strong proficiency in:
- HTML5
- CSS3
- JavaScript (ES6+)
- Responsive Web Design
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.js (preferred) or similar.
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as:

- Experience with CMS platforms including:
