Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced
Senior Web Developer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of modern web applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in front-end and back-end technologies, able to work independently, and lead junior developers when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using modern frameworks and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA engineers
- Maintain and enhance existing websites and applications
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
- Stay updated with the latest web development trends and technologies
Key Skills Requirements
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 4+ years of hands-on web development experience
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)
- Proficiency in back-end development using Node.js, PHP, Python, or similar
- Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Solid understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization
- Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
- Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
