We are looking for a talented and experienced Website Designer to transform our mid-fidelity wireframes into a visually compelling and high-impact digital experience. The ideal candidate will be able to craft a website that reflects a strong brand presencecombining the credibility of an established organization with a modern, human-centric approach to technology.
This role requires a designer who can work independently, bring fresh creative perspectives, and confidently articulate design decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate mid-fidelity wireframes into high-quality, visually engaging website designs
- Create cohesive design systems aligned with brand guidelines and business goals
- Deliver intuitive, user-centric, and aesthetically refined UI/UX solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and development
- Present design concepts and rationale clearly to leadership and stakeholders
- Ensure consistency, responsiveness, and performance across all web interfaces
Required Skills & Tools
- Proficiency in Webflow, Figma, and AI-powered design tools
- Strong understanding of modern UI/UX principles and web design best practices
- Experience in creating scalable and responsive web designs
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing award-winning or highly recognized websites (e.g., platforms like Awwwards)
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality, modern, and impactful web design projects
