We're Hiring: Senior Web Application Developer (Python + Java/Go) | AdTech & AI Platforms
We're looking for a hands-on Senior Web Application Developer with strong expertise in Python and working knowledge of Java or Go to build scalable, data-driven, AI-enabled systems powering next-gen AdTech and SaaS platforms. If you enjoy solving complex backend and data challenges and mentoring engineers, this role is for you.

What You'll Do
- Design and develop scalable Python-based backend services and APIs
- Contribute to system architecture and low-level design for core modules
- Build and optimize ETL and data pipelines (Airflow, dbt, or custom workflows)
- Work with search and vector search systems
- Implement caching strategies to improve performance and reliability
- Build event-driven systems using pub/sub messaging
- Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and QA teams to ship robust solutions
- Mentor junior developers through reviews and technical guidance
- Contribute to AI/LLM and agentic workflow initiatives
- Follow best practices around CI/CD, testing, and containerization
Required Skills
- Strong Python backend development experience
- Working knowledge of Java or Go for microservices
- REST APIs and microservices architecture
- ETL and data pipeline development
- Experience with search and vector search platforms
- RDBMS & NoSQL databases
- Caching systems (Redis/Memcached)
- Messaging systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
- Solid fundamentals in distributed systems, concurrency, and performance tuning
- Exposure to LLM / AI frameworks and modern AI workflows
- Git, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes
Nice to Have
- AdTech domain experience
- Multi-tenant SaaS platform exposure
- AI/ML workflow or model deployment experience
- Familiarity with React or Angular
- Cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
- Observability & monitoring stacks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 46 years of experience in Python-centric web application development
- Proven experience delivering scalable systems and mentoring engineers
