About the Role

We Grow Wealth Private Limited is looking for experienced Sales professionals from Wealth Management, Private Banking, Broking, or Asset Management to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire and manage HNI/UHNI client relationships.

- Build and grow AUM through client acquisition and portfolio expansion.

- Advise clients on Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Unlisted Shares, Private Equity, NCDs, and other wealth products.

- Understand clients financial goals and recommend suitable investment strategies.

- Achieve monthly AUM, revenue, and client acquisition targets.

Requirements

- 3–8 years of relevant industry experience.

- Strong knowledge of wealth management and investment products.

- Proven track record in client acquisition and relationship management.

- Existing HNI/UHNI client base with the ability to transition AUM will be preferred.
