Role Overview:
The Relationship Manager Unlisted Shares will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing relationships with Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNIs), family offices, wealth managers, and institutional investors for the purpose of marketing and distributing pre-IPO and unlisted equity opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Build, maintain, and deepen relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, family offices, and wealth managers to drive sales and enhance investor satisfaction.
Product Expertise: Develop an in-depth understanding of unlisted equities, including business models, valuation methodologies, liquidity timelines, and associated risks to effectively present investment opportunities.
Client Servicing: Guide clients through the investment process, from onboarding to post-sale support, ensuring seamless execution and handling of queries or concerns.
Sales Strategy: Create and implement sales strategies aligned with business goals to expand client base and achieve revenue targets.
Market Intelligence: Continuously monitor the private market ecosystem, including upcoming IPOs, new unlisted investment opportunities, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports on client engagement, deal pipeline, and sales performance. Offer actionable insights for strategic planning.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services, preferably in private equity, unlisted equity distribution, or wealth management.
Proven track record in sourcing and closing high-value investment transactions.
Strong understanding of capital markets, pre-IPO companies, and regulatory frameworks related to unlisted securities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
