Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior VoIP Administrator to manage and evolve a large-scale real-time communications infrastructure. This role requires deep hands-on expertise with Asterisk, Kamailio, WebRTC and Linux servers.
Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot production VoIP infrastructure based on asterisk and kamailio.
- SIP, RTP, TURN, WEBRTC troubleshooting
- dial plans developments
- sngrep, tcpdump, Wireshark
- Advanced level using Bash, SSH and Ansible
- Monitor platform health, QoS, and call quality metrics
- Work with telecom carriers to troubleshoot routing and interoperability issues
- Maintain documentation, procedures, and network diagrams
Qualifications
- Deep hands-on expertise with Asterisk, Kamailio, WebRTC and Linux ser
- 5+ years of experience administering VoIP and Linux platforms
- 5+ years of experience with Debian/Ubuntu
- iptables/nginx knowledge
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to work independently in production environments
- Ability to prioritize during outages and incidents.
