Senior Voip Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior VoIP Administrator to manage and evolve a large-scale real-time communications infrastructure. This role requires deep hands-on expertise with Asterisk, Kamailio, WebRTC and Linux servers.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot production VoIP infrastructure based on asterisk and kamailio.
• SIP, RTP, TURN, WEBRTC troubleshooting
• dial plans developments
• sngrep, tcpdump, Wireshark
• Advanced level using Bash, SSH and Ansible
• Monitor platform health, QoS, and call quality metrics
• Work with telecom carriers to troubleshoot routing and interoperability issues
• Maintain documentation, procedures, and network diagrams

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on expertise with Asterisk, Kamailio, WebRTC and Linux ser
• 5+ years of experience administering VoIP and Linux platforms
• 5+ years of experience with Debian/Ubuntu
• iptables/nginx knowledge
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to work independently in production environments
• Ability to prioritize during outages and incidents.
