We are hiring on behalf of our client, a global leader in outsourced Digital Workspace and End User Computing (EUC) solutions, helping enterprises accelerate their cloud and workplace transformation journeys.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Omnissa Horizon Consultant (L3 Support) to support and manage large-scale enterprise VDI environments across hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructures.The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Omnissa Horizon, Workspace ONE Access, Dynamic Environment Manager (DEM), VMware technologies, and Microsoft infrastructure. The candidate must currently be operating at an L3 Support level and should have hands-on experience deploying and supporting Horizon environments at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy, configure, and support enterprise-scale Omnissa Horizon infrastructure
  • Manage and troubleshoot Horizon environments including Connection Servers, Unified Access Gateway (UAG), Horizon Agents, App Volumes, and Dynamic Environment Manager (DEM)
  • Configure and support Workspace ONE Access and third-party Identity Management integrations
  • Troubleshoot VDI issues related to performance, user profiles, authentication, connectivity, and application delivery
  • Support hybrid cloud environments across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and on-premises VMware infrastructure
  • Perform diagnostics, log analysis, and root cause analysis for complex Horizon incidents
  • Develop and maintain High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), and solution/operational documentation
  • Automate routine operations using scripting and log analysis tools
  • Collaborate with OEMs and vendors (VMware, Microsoft, and hardware partners) for escalations and issue resolution
  • Mentor L1/L2 engineers and conduct technical knowledge-sharing sessions
  • Participate in rotational on-call support, including night shifts as per business requirements
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and effective issue management

Mandatory Qualifications

  • Overall 8+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure
  • Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Omnissa Horizon / VMware Horizon environments
  • Strong experience deploying Horizon infrastructure in large enterprise environments
  • Proven experience supporting VMware EUC technologies at L3 level
  • Hands-on expertise with Workspace ONE Access and DEM
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills across VDI technologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Candidate must currently be working in an L3 Support role
  • Minimum job stability of 2 years per organization preferred
  • BE / B.Tech / Diploma / BSc / MCA / MCM
