About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Viva Consultant with 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Viva, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365 solutions. The candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation, configuration, integration, and support of Microsoft Viva modules to enhance employee engagement, collaboration, communication, and workplace productivity across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Implement and configure Microsoft Viva modules:
2.Integrate Viva with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online.
3.Gather client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
4.Conduct client meetings, user training and support sessions.
5.Coordinate with technical and business teams for project delivery.
6.Troubleshoot issues and maintain documentation.
Required Skills:
1.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Viva and Microsoft 365.
2.Experience with:
3.Good understanding of employee engagement and collaboration tools.
4.Strong communication and client-handling skills.
