Roles & Responsibility

- Lead with a Generative AI-first mindset, using AI tools to shape ideas, speed up workflows, and unlock new storytelling formats

- Translate creative ideas into sharp, engaging video narratives that land across platforms

- Define pacing, structure, and visual direction, ensuring every video has clarity and intent

- Guide Senior Visualisers and Visualisers on execution, editing, and AI-assisted workflows

- Ensure consistency in style, tone, and storytelling across campaigns and always-on content

- Collaborate closely with content and design teams to bring ideas to life seamlessly

- Be part of ideation, contributing to concepts that are built for video-first and AI-enabled storytelling

- Identify and push new-age formats, especially those driven by AI, automation, and evolving platform trends

- Maintain a high bar for craft, storytelling clarity, and output quality, regardless of speed

- Review edits critically and provide clear, actionable feedback to elevate the work

- Ensure content is adapted smartly across formats, platforms, and aspect ratios

-Strong working proficiency in Generative AI tools and workflows for creative development and execution

-Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro (2+ years) for video editing and content creation

-Solid command over Adobe Photoshop (2+ years) for design and visual manipulation
