About You
We are looking for a sr. visualizer with about 9-11 years of experience to join our growing creative practice in India. You have a proven track record of delivering impactful campaigns and excel at developing innovative strategies, managing high-profile clients, and leading cross-functional teams. Your expertise and leadership skills make you a trusted advisor to both clients and colleagues.
As a Senior Visualizer, you are responsible for ensuring that teams and client programs are running effectively and delivering good results. As a senior member, you actively contribute to agency-wide efforts outside of client and team management – such as new business, training & development, operations, and marketing.
What You Do
As a Senior Visualizer, you
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of visual designs across digital and print platforms
- Translate briefs into strong, creative visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines.
- Are a good role model, practicing and upholding the standards that you expect of your teams.
- Shepherd your team members to inculcate the right mindsets and values at work and overall.
- Work with the program manager to manage capacities across the team and ensure overall quality and timeliness of delivery
- Develop high-quality creatives for campaigns, social media, presentations, and marketing collateral and bail out the team during high pressure or high stakes deliveries
- Own key / high stakes projects and operate them directly – while keeping oversight of all delivery across all clients
- You lead large client remits requiring limited senior support. You confidently map out and ensure your teams are on the ball, delivering at or above client expectations consistently.
- Are able to easily operate across multiple verticals – from technology to healthcare to lifestyle and demands that you be able to deliver across formats – while also pushing the creative agenda forward
- Are able to quickly grasp subject matter across verticals and are able to connect the dots to produce fresh perspectives and visual thinking
- Are adept at but not overly reliant on AI
- Mentor your teams and chart growth their skill and career growth paths
- Have the confidence and presence to be able to engage clients directly – should the need arise

What You Offer
- 9-11 years of relevant experience in design
- Strong graphic design skills – Expertise in Illustrator and Photoshop
- Demonstrated capabilities in multiple visual formats
- Creative visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Video editing skills - Knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Experience of working with Digital/PR agency preferred
- Flexibility to work long hours when needed and to tight deadlines
- Ability to work in a team
- Good grasp of the English language and written language skills
