YOUR IMPACT ___________

The Visual Merchandising team oversees the global brand image and expression in Malaysia markets and ensures the quality and excellence through visual merchandising and event.

YOUR MISSION ____________

As Senior Visual Merchandising Executive, you will be assisting the Regional Architecture and VM Manager in the brand image execution in point of sales (openings and updates), regional architecture and VM model development and support the local markets (subsidiaries and agents) on visual merchandising for a regional consistency.

Your Main Assignment Will Be Focused On

Visual Merchandising & Launch Execution

  • Support and regular follow up local markets (agents and subsidiaries) on their specific needs and requests to ensure all the yearly updates based on central guidelines and regional marketing plan.
  • Manage all duties related to visual merchandising updates in collaboration with Central, Marketing and Sales teams: VM guidelines, planograms, visuals & movies and database update.
  • Ensure quality of execution in our PCD point of sales, in link with the dedicated budget and according to the brand guidelines sent by Central team and regional marketing plan.

High Profile Promotion (HPP) | Animations

  • Vendor Management: Support MM, Collaborating with external appointed vendors for custom fixture design, reviewing production materials, and adapting headquarters creative concepts for the local market, prop fabrication, and specialized display elements unique to the HPP theme
  • Inter department alignment: Discuss and align with MKT and Retail on HPP set up design to ensure operation relevance while guarding brand image
  • Planograms: Localize global/regional VM guidelines, plan & execute accurate and timely planograms, ensuring optimal product mix and visibility + Store Opening & Launches

Video & Photography Management

  • Co-ordinate and brief vendors on video & phorography for all New Opening of Boutiques and HPPs
  • Work closely with vendors on fine-tuning videos and photos for validation for final submission to Regional

Profile

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5–7 years of retail visual merchandising experience, preferably with a background in design production, planning and implementation, ideally in cosmetics, skincare, or luxury retail.
  • Design Skills: Proficiency in 2D/3D design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp, or AutoCAD, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel)
  • Commercial Acumen: A keen eye for aesthetics combined with a solid understanding of retail dynamics, traffic flow, and consumer behavior.
  • Organization: Strong project management skills with the ability to overseas and follow through on multiple simultaneous projects and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Good organizational and good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Solution-oriented and high sense of ownership
  • Travels are required, within Klang Valley and occasionally outstation to support HPP set up. Candidate must own a car.
