Senior Visual Merchandising - Associate

Visual Merchandising (VM) Associate/Senior Associate.

Job Summary:

The Visual Merchandising Associate is responsible for implementing and maintaining the brand's visual identity across stores to enhance the customer experience and drive sales. This role supports seasonal visual setups, in-store displays, planogram execution, and ensures brand consistency at all customer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of visual merchandising strategies as per brand guidelines in SIS.
• Implement floor plans, and signage based on VM directives.
• Coordinate with store teams to maintain in-store visual standards daily.
• Support new product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns with visually impactful setups.
• Conduct regular store walks to audit and ensure VM compliance.
• Work closely with the HO and retail operations teams for event setups and marketing rollouts.
• Provide feedback on visual impact and customer reactions.
• Ensure inventory used for VM purposes is tracked and accounted for.
• Assist with VM training for in-store staff when required.

Qualifications and Skills:

Graduate from Design collage

25 years of experience in visual merchandising or retail environment.

Strong understanding of design principles, colour coordination, and space planning.

Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint/Excel) and comfortable with digital tools.

Creative, detail-oriented, and organized with a good aesthetic sense.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
