About The Role:

This hybrid role requires equal strength in graphic design and video editing. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-impact static and motion creatives that support marketing campaigns, performance ads, and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design (50%)

Design high-quality creatives for:

Social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta Ads)

Performance marketing ad creatives

A+ content and product listing images

Email campaigns and marketing banners

Develop visually strong creatives that support conversions and campaign goals.

Maintain strict brand consistency across all assets.

Execute end-to-end creative production with speed and accuracy.

Video Editing & Motion (50%)

Edit short-form marketing videos including reels, ads, and UGC-style content.

Create motion graphics and simple animations for digital campaigns.

Optimize pacing, transitions, and visual storytelling for engagement and performance.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong proficiency in:

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Illustrator

Adobe Premiere Pro

Adobe After Effects

Solid understanding of:

Typography, color theory, and layout principles

Social media creative trends

Conversion-focused ad creative design

Ability to balance design and video editing workflows.

Strong multitasking and time management skills.

Clear communication and collaborative working style.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience in graphic design and video editing.

Portfolio demonstrating both static creatives and edited video content.

Bachelor's degree in design, media, or related field preferred.

Collaboration & Execution

Work closely with marketing and content teams to align creatives with strategy.

Deliver fast turnarounds without compromising creative quality.

Manage multiple projects, revisions, and deadlines efficiently.
