Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visualizer with prior digital marketing agency experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in creating visually compelling designs aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design creatives for social media posts, ads, banners, and campaigns
- Create visually appealing designs for performance marketing, branding, and marketing collaterals
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and client servicing teams to understand briefs and deliver creative solutions
- Develop layouts, visual concepts, and design styles as per brand requirements
- Ensure timely delivery of creatives while maintaining quality and consistency
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and digital marketing aesthetics
- Revise and optimize designs based on feedback from internal teams and clients
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Visualizer / Graphic Designer, preferably in a Digital Marketing Agency
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (After Effects is a plus)
- Good understanding of social media creatives, ad formats, and digital design standards
- Ability to convert concepts into impactful visuals
- Strong attention to detail and creativity
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
