Senior Visual Designer

As a Senior Visual Designer, you will be responsible for leading and directing all graphic and visual design, copy, video, animation, infographic, social media material, photography and promotional assets.

Our ideal candidate is a passionate & experienced B2C/Content/Media designer with proven success as a creative and communicative multitasker with exceptional project and time management skills.

Why this role exists

Inc42 runs a back-to-back calendar of summits, campaigns, and IPs, and every one of them needs sharp, on-brand creative, fast. We're hiring a Senior Visual Designer to be the hands-on engine of our marketing and IP designs: the person who turns a brief into a ticket-selling ad, a summit's full look, a scroll-stopping carousel, on a real calendar, at a high bar. This is a craft-and-volume seat. You work under our Art Director, you take the direction and run with it, and you raise the quality of everything our IPs and campaigns put out.

What you'll own

• IP and event creative: The full creative set for our marquee IPs (AI Summit, D2C & Retail Summit, D2C Retreat, FAST42, Griffin) – speaker cards, agendas, social, on-ground collateral, and decks.
• Ad and performance creative: Scroll-stopping paid creative for Meta and Instagram that sells tickets and drives sign-ups, including variants to test.
• Campaign systems: Landing-page visuals, emailers, and the social set that carries a campaign end to end.
• Infographics and data storytelling: Inc42's signature data-led cards and carousels, turning numbers and insight into clean, premium visuals.
• Brand consistency at volume: Everything you ship looks unmistakably Inc42, across dozens of assets a week.

Who you are

• A senior marketing/brand designer: 4-7 years making marketing, campaign, and social creative – not a product (UI/UX) designer, not print-only.
• Fast and high-output: you ship a high volume of strong work on a real calendar, without dropping the craft bar.
• Strong on type, layout, and data-viz: clean hierarchy and genuinely good infographic/data storytelling, our core format.
• Fluent in the tools: Figma plus the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator); motion (After Effects) and AI-assisted workflows are a plus.
• A great collaborator: you take art direction well and move quickly on feedback. A senior maker, not a manager. Strong craft, low ego.
